Academics & Curriculum
Tambearly International School is committed to small class sizes and academic excellence - classes are seldom larger than sixteen children. We follow a U.S. curriculum supplemented by British, Canadian, and Bahamian material. Our classes promote critical thinking skills through diversified instruction and learning.
Our students study the core curricula of English, math, science, geography, computer studies and history, as well as courses in Latin, Spanish, French, drama, art, and physical education. Chess is offered as part of the curriculum in all grades.
High school students will graduate with an International Advanced High School diploma.
In all that they do, students are encouraged to learn independently through hands-on experiences. We operate under a strict honor code system aimed at fostering and preserving honor & integrity as character traits.
